| Outdoor Signage |
We manufacture outdoor signage in various ways, the two most common being stretched PVC over a metal frame or Cromadek attached to a metal frame. PVC offers the versatility of being cheaper to manufacture, easier to erect as it's much lighter, and cheaper to change should you decide to re-design your sign. PVC signs are printed on black back material and coated with a UV and scratch resistant coating, all inks used are solvent based for long lasting colour. Cromadek signs can either have digitally printed vinyl applied or the traditional cut out vinyl, we will advise you on the best option to suite your design and budget.
In the images displayed on the left you can see various projects we have worked on. The Gardens Centre board is digitally printed vinyl applied to cromadek, the HELI sign in the left of the picture is PVC over a frame and the logo on the window is printed on one way Contravision vinyl, the same material you see on all the airport buses. Lower down you can see the manufacturing of the Kosmos sign using PVC over a metal frame, the same method was used to manufacture the Building Zone signs.
