| Our Roland Eco Solvent label printer is fast, high resolution and enviromentally friendly, offering 1440dpi printing onto Gloss or Matt self adhesive vinyl. Digital printing on self adhesive is a brilliant concept and we take it further by offering print and cut. Create your own die and we will cut your stickers to a custom shape and supply them on a flat sheet, or we can cut them out in the shape of the sticker and supply them as single stickers in a custom shape. This was previously only achievable by making a conventional die and a big extra expense. Here is a brief explantion of the terminology: A die cut is a through cut, and a half cut(kiss cut) is a cut through half the thickness of the media. Combining die cuts and half cuts makes it possible to produce a series of cuts with only a few joints keeping the image in place. After the cutting, the image can be easily detached with the fingers.
